Every bag is handwoven, so preparing your order takes 3 to 4 business days.

Delivery time
Once shipped, your order takes 7 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Shipping zones
We ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Costa Rica. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping issues
